If a contract will be cancelled in SFDC and there’s a campaign set-up in Portal 3, remember to always follow the steps below:
1 - Cancel the contract in SFDC
2 - Pause the campaign in P3.
In the Campaigns section, search and select your campaign
On the top of the page, click on the edit icon
Change the Status from ‘Active’ to ‘Paused’ and save.
Note: Pausing the account in P3 will automatically pause the account and all campaigns belonging to that account. For this reason we recommend pausing the campaign directly rather than the account. This ensures the account remains active for future contracts while keeping the current campaign paused.
