We have six main statuses for campaigns in Portal 3.0. Each of them reflect a different part of the process of setting up in multiple DSPs.
- Active: we are delivering and there are impressions in all DSPs. If the Active status is followed by a warning icon, it means that not all DSPs are fully active:
- Active + Blue icon: At least one DSP is active and at least one DSP is in the process of being activated. The set-up can take up to 7 days. During this window you’ll see a blue icon which means set-up is still in progress for at least one DSP. Once set-up is complete for ALL DSPs the blue icon will disappear.
- Active + Amber icon: At least one DSP is active and at least one DSP has failed and needs to be relaunched. If the 7 days window passes and the set-up couldn’t be completed, the blue icon will turn to amber and a relaunch button will appear. This means the user needs to manually re-launch the failed DSP.
-
Ready: All DSPs are set-up and ready to deliver once the contract start date passes. For instance, if a campaign was fully set up in June but the start date in SFDC was selected as July 7th, that campaign would sit in 'Ready' status until July 7th had passed.
Please ensure you are aware of your campaign's start date. Campaign start dates are set up in SFDC at Contract level. Any changes to the start date must be made before starting Portal campaign setup. Any changes made to a start date after the campaign setup has started will not be reflected in Portal. If the Ready status is followed by a warning icon, it means that not all DSPs are fully ready:
- Ready + Blue icon: at least one DSP is set-up and ready to deliver and at least one DSP is in the process of being setup. The set-up can take up to 7 days. During this window you’ll see a blue icon which means set-up is still in progress for at least one DSP. Once set-up is complete for ALL DSPs the blue icon will disappear.
- Ready + Amber icon: at least one DSP is set-up and ready to deliver and at least one DSP has failed and needs to be relaunched. If the 7 days window passes and the set-up couldn’t be completed, the blue icon will turn to amber and a relaunch button will appear. This means the user needs to manually re-launch the failed DSP.
- Pending: All DSPs are in the process of being set-up. This is what usually you see as soon as you launch the campaign, it will be pending for a bit.
- Setup Failure: No campaign has been able to be set-up. Please submit a Jira ticket.
- Paused: User has chosen to pause all DSPs.
- Draft: Campaign hasn’t been launched yet.
