Things to note
If you want to go back a step to review some of your settings, you can do so with the Back button at the top right corner of the page.
If you haven’t finished your setup but you wish to save your work for later, click on Exit at the top of the page and the campaign will save as a draft. This can be done at any time before launching.

Troubleshooting
Campaign Settings
Navi Advertiser:
- In the Navi Advertiser ID field, input the Navi Advertiser ID and click Search. The Portal will pull the advertiser information from Navi. If correct, click on Verify
- It is currently not possible to look up the Navi advertiser by name. You can search for the advertiser by name in Navi.
Contract details and associated Products: the Portal will pull this information from SFDC. Ensure it aligns with SFDC. Any changes will have to be made in SFDC before completing the setup.
Campaign Settings and Targeting: these campaign-level settings apply to all line items, and all changes will also be applied to all line items. You can customize individual line items at a later step. Ensure settings are correct and edit as needed:
- Languages (these are all the languages available in Meta - select as needed)
- Locations (at least one required; add specific locations to include/exclude)
- Targeting Tactics (at least one required)
Product Settings
Each product is listed individually on this page.
Goal type must be added for each product.
Creative sets can be highlighted on this page.
All targeting settings have been pulled from the Campaign settings. Click on Edit on the right to customise these settings per product.
Creative Set Settings
This page will show only if at least one product has multiple creative sets.
Each creative set is listed by product on this page. If there are no creative sets for a particular product, there is ‘no creative set’ shown.
All targeting settings have been pulled from the Product settings. Click on Edit on the right to customise these settings per creative set.
Audience Settings
Each product is listed individually on this page.
You can toggle on and off targeting tactics also from this page.
For each product, please select at least one audience per tactic.
If all products have the same audience settings, you can set up audiences in the first product and then click on Apply Audience Selection to All Products at the bottom of the individual product box. This will only apply to products with no creative sets.
If all creative sets within a product have the same audience settings, you can set up audiences in the first creative set and then click on Apply Audience Selection to Creative Sets within this Product at the bottom of the individual product box.
If you can’t find an audience and you need to create it, you can click on Create New Audience on the right. Your campaign will be saved as draft and you will be redirected to the Audience creation page.
Creative assignment
Please drag and drop at least one creative per targeting line.
All creatives must be pre-loaded in the Creative section and be set as Active. All Active creatives will appear in the box on the right.
If a creative belongs to the account but is used in a different campaign, the creative will appear in the box but will be faded and it won’t be possible to use it within this campaign.
Each language must have a matching creative. Language mismatches within a Product will trigger an error message.
