- Yes, reporting currency can be changed either by the external customer in their account settings page or by an internal user at any time.
What is the difference between billing currency and reporting currency?
- 'Reporting currency' is on the Account and is the currency in which the clients reports/metrics/dashboard are shown. 'Billing currency' is on the contract and is the currency in which the client will need to pay Sojern.
How to enable Advertising Metrics for Commission?
- Advertising metrics like impressions and click-through rate (CTR) are disabled by default, but internal users can enable it at the account level in Account Settings > Report Settings.
Where can I see reporting for the same account if the Commission contracts have changed the billing model?
- When a contract is closed/cancelled and the billing model has changed, all reporting data is moved from the main Portal reporting pages to a data extract available in the Accounts page. Both CSMs and customers have the ability to download previous contract data - please see steps in this article. Note that CSMs do not need to masquerade in order to use the functionality.
Why does the Impression Share Table in the CAMPER Geo tab show "unknown" as a value?
If location data is unavailable for certain regions, it will be grouped under "Unknown."
