IMPORTANT NOTICE: this is currently available only for NEW CPM customers.
Portal 3.0 fully supports all external features for Property CPM customers. Please follow these steps in order to let your CPM customers access their account and reporting:
- Make sure that the SFDC account is present and an SFDC contract has been created
- The SFDC opportunity has to be moved to ‘Closed Won’ in order to create a Contract
- Make sure that the SFDC contract has the ‘Service on Portal’ box checked
-
Create the account on Portal 3.0, if not already present
- Note that integrations are currently not supported for CPM accounts
- Validate that the SFDC contract has been replicated in Portal
- All replicated contracts are available here
- For accounts created previously, note that it may take up to 1 hour for a new SFDC contract to be replicated in Portal.
-
Create a user record for the customer
- For a list of Property user roles and permissions, please see this customer-facing article
- If the user already exists, please assign the newly created account to it
- For issues with user access, please see this article.
Once this is done, your customer will be able to access all CPM features within Portal 3.0, including:
- See account settings and user setup
- Add and manage payment methods
- Access Campaign Performance and Destination Insights reporting
- Download invoices and view account balance
Things to note
We are currently supporting all external CPM features. Internal features such as creative and campaign setup are currently not supported.
Note that all reporting features will depend on contract availability. This means that once the account is created and the contract is replicated, Portal will automatically pull in all related reporting where data is available.
Please do not use the Reporting (non-Portal) user role. This is currently available only for Corporate customers.
For accounts that only include CPM contracts, all regional payment methods will be available. For accounts also running Commission campaigns, restrictions may apply.
