When you download a Data Extract from the BVR page, one of the statuses below will appear. You do not need to stay on the page, as an email notification will be sent to you automatically.
Success Notification:
- “Your report is being processed and will be sent to your Sojern email once it’s ready.”
Note that the link to download the BVR report in the email expires after 7 days.
Failure Notifications: They may appear for two main reasons:
- "There was a problem initiating your report. Please try again in a few minutes."
- "We’re currently processing a high volume of reports. Please try again in a few minutes."
In either case, you’ll receive an email informing you that the report could not be generated, along with suggested next steps.
