Navigate to the Reporting > Business Value Review. The page will load with the filter section set to the Line of Business as Property by default.
Users can generate a Data Extract for either Parent Account or Contract selection. However, the BVR Deck can only be selected when choosing the Contract path. Please see the more detailed steps:
Download a Parent Account Data Extract
- Click on Select Filters
- Line of Business should be selected as Property by default
- Select Parent Account from the dropdown
- Search for a Parent Account Name
- Select a time period
- Click Search
- A Download Data Extract button will be available on the page - click and download the file.
- A success message will appear and an email notification will be sent to your inbox. Please check your inbox and download the file from the email.
Download an Individual Contract Deck or Data Extract
- Click on Select Filters
- Line of Business should be selected as Property by default
- Select Contract from the dropdown
- Search for a Contract Name
- Select the Deck type (US Deck, EMEA Deck, or raw Data Extract)
- Select a time period
- Click Search
The BVR page will load with a view of the relevant charts and graphs:
- Pre Reconciliation - Booked Stays
- Pre Reconciliation - Revenue
- Pre Reconciliation - Bookings and Revenue by Channel
- Site Activity Trends
Open the Download menu and select to download the deck or the data extract.
Things to note
- If selecting the deck, it will download immediately.
- If you select Data Extract, a success message will appear and an email notification will be sent to your inbox. Please check your inbox and download the file from the email.
