How to generate BVRs for Parent accounts

1. Go to the Reporting page
2. Click on Business Value Reviews
3. Select a Parent account
4. Select a time period
5. Click Search
6. A Download Data Extract button will be available on the page - click and download the file.
7. A success message will appear and an email notification will be sent to your inbox. Please check your inbox and download the file from the email. 
    

Things to note

• Please remember to clear filters if switching from Parent to Individual download and viceversa.
• If you see a failure message instead of a success message when downloading a Data Extract, please check out this article for further steps.
