The reconciliation emails series is composed of different emails that update customers when the initial Bookings Report is generated and throughout the reconciliation cycle with reminders on upcoming deadlines, until the Bookings Report is either closed or reopened.
The majority of these emails are sent using user-level logic, which ensures that each email sent to a customer groups all associated accounts. The remaining emails, sent at account level, are specifically tracking per-account activity. Please consult this doc for further details.
Things to Note:
- Reconciliation emails are sent by default to all users in the Account Admin and Billing Admin roles. These are users who have permission to edit Bookings Reports - please see this customer-facing article for more information on user roles and permissions.
- If a customer in one of these roles would like to stop receiving reconciliation reminders, please submit a Jira ticket.
