Select the Travelers tab and navigate to the Rule-based Audiences page to select Create > New Audience. From here follow these steps:
1. Audience Details:
- Audience Type: Select “Destination Travel Intent“ / “Origin Travel Intent” Audience Type to create a Travel Intent audience.
- Advertiser: “Sojern” advertiser is selected by default.
- Audience Name: It will be automatically generated based on the selected location in the next step.
- Audience Vertical: Choose the appropriate vertical based on the 'Audience Selection" field on the Contract in SFDC and refer to Audience Selection Details.
- Distribution Channels: Click the Add Channel button and select the appropriate DSP.
2. Targeting Rules
- Use the search bar to find a destination or origination location.
- Click the tick icon next to the desired location. Selecting a location will automatically populate related sub-locations on the right side (such as country, state, and metropolitan area).
If everything looks good click on the Create button to save the audience.
