The new feature Agency Markup toggle is now available in the Campaign Performance section. While intended primarily for the Corporate and International Destinations CSMs, any user managing Agency Markup can utilize this feature to easily switch between net and gross campaign metrics for agencies directly in the Portal.
This automation improves accuracy and eliminates the time-consuming manual process CSMs previously used to adjust client data.
